All New York State residents must be a member of the New York Skeet Shooting Association before shooting registered targets in New York State. Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.
Free annual membership is provided for all sub-junior and junior shooters (as determined by current NSSA rules), however they still MUST return a completed form. Free membership is also provided for the first year for all NEW NYSSA members (first year ONLY, you must have NEVER been a member of NYSSA before to be eligible).
